When customers are looking for the right company to hire we understand that transparency ranks high in the qualities they look for, that's why we want to make sure that our customers know what to expect regardless if they call, text or email. 

1. First Contact: During our first point of contact we may ask for personal information such as, name, address, project information and the general timeline for the project completion. By the end of the conversation we will have a scheduled time for one of our team members to speak with you personally at the project location with your schedule in mind. 

2. Visit: During their personal visit they will inspect the project area to see what the work may require. They will also speak with you to make sure that we're aware of the vision you have.

3. Quote: We'll use the information we gathered to form a quote. This quote will be emailed to you in a timely manner. If there's anything that needs to be changed in the quote you can reach out and we will happily make any needed corrections.

4. Contract: Once we reach an agreement on the quoted price, service dates, and paint details; we will send a contract for your review and signature.

5. Project Completed: After that, we will keep you updated as the start date gets closer to let you know exact times of when the work will commence and what we will be doing. 

6. Inspection: Once all work is completed we will have you inspect our work to ensure it was done to your satisfaction.
